With this line, a unique version of Scientific Anglers' SONAR Sinking Technology eliminates the unnatural belly drag created by standard single-density sinking fly lines. Rather than pulling the fly down behind it as it sinks, Scientific Anglers Sonar Uniform Sink Fly Line utilizes a precise graduated-density approach: the front of the line sinks faster than the rear, ensuring a consistent straight-line connection to the fly. For quiet water, this is a no-brainer that will result in significantly more hookups through the course of a day's fishing. Features a Shooting Technology Plus ultra-slick coating for superb castability. Available in 5, 6, and 7 weights; 5 wt. has a monofilament core, while 6 and 7 wt. lines are built on a braided multifilament core. Sink Rates: Sink II = 1.75 – 2.75 ips (5-7 wt.)
